AN EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY
Learn something new everyday in our world-class training facilities. Our sales and technology consultants gain hands-on experience with our equipment, educators, and services – so that they, in return, can train and assist surgeons.
Being part of a company that values its employees and provides the necessary resources has contributed to a fulfilling career. With the company expanding rapidly, it's wonderful that I have been able to contribute to its growth and be a part of its journey for the past nine years.

INTENSIVE INDUCTION PROGRAM
Held in state-of-the-art facilities in Chicago and Grand Rapids, our Intensive Induction Program covers Arthrex’s extensive product offerings, focusing on the appropriate anatomy and biomechanics that constitute the field of orthopedics. Trainees are mentored by Senior Technology Consultants to create a culture of innovative professional development and team collaboration.
SUPPORTING SURGEONS
IN ACTION
Upon completing the full induction program, it’s time to put skills to use in the operating room. Our consultants, guided by their mentors, begin assisting surgeons and staff in the safe and effective use of Arthrex products. We require a minimum of 6 months experience in the operating room before heading to Naples, Florida for a final rigorous and accelerated week-long schooling at Arthrex’s corporate facility.
EXPERTISE IS OUR
ULTIMATE GOAL.
To gain final certification as an Arthrex Technology Consultant, we require dozens of assessment tests and surgeon education labs, and thousands of surgeries and study hours. We expect nothing but the best from our products and our employees.
